Comfortable BUT not what is described

I did NOT receive what the picture shows! The waist is NOT elastic, it is just a drawstring AND the bottom is not elastic. I ordered 2 pairs, 1 in the Blue Birch and 1 in the Metal Night. The Blue Birch I ordered in XL and it's more like an XXL and this is the pair that DOES NOT have the elastic waist or leg cuff. I honestly don't mind because I bought these (the blue pair) to do my painting in (I'm an abstract acrylic Fluid Art artist). They are comfortable though.
