I have had this product for a couple weeks so far and have zero complaints. You don't notice the heating wires throughout this pad like some of the cheaper competitors products. The only thing I wish this model had was a custom timer to set a shutoff time.

Always had a heated blanket and this is my first heated mattress pad. Works beautifully! Like it better than the heated blanket. Installed it with the control connections at the top of the bed since it interfered with my feet. Works well except don't forget to reverse the controls when installed this way. Adjustable controls is a must. Great product...

I purchased a Sunbeam Premium Quilted Mattress Pad in October 2017. I am pleased with its performance. It heats up as fast as could be expected and more than satisfies my high heat needs in a chilly room in the mountains of the West. Some day Sunbeam will figure a way to put the power connection at a location other than where moving the feet will uncomfortably pass over the connection. I solved the problem by turning the pad 180 degrees so that the connection was at the top middle of the bed. Remember to reverse the controllers when this is done.
