Didn't receive entire order, wasn't refunded

I ordered 4 sets of Sea Bands. I received 2 sets. When I contacted the company, they promised 2 more sets. I didn't receive them. When I contacted customer service again, they told me they would refund my money, however, I didn't receive my refund, either. The 2 sets we used did work for us, though. I highly recommend Sea Bands, just not from this company.
