In my opinion, this is the best bra ever.

I am elderly and disabled. This is the perfect bra for me, it fastens in the front. Yay..... I used to wear the sports bras but I can not pull them over my head any longer. This bra gives me a lot better support than the sports bra, more definition and lift. I just wish they made a package of all white ones. I don't wear a lot of gray or black blouses. In my opinion this is the perfect bra. I like the width of the straps as well, they do not dig into the shoulders.

This particular bra has no support, but I would suggest using it as an exercise bra because it is comfortable soft and stretchy and it's Not good for wearing under clothes for a regular day For a support issue. It is not flattering, so that is why I do not suggest it for anything other than at home, sports, and sleep.
