Bait and switch

I sent an email ... no response, no surprise. I ordered a teal (turquoise) rustic frame for a time-sensitive gift. Instead I received a piece of crap ... silver guided frame. The entire moment was ruined but I had to gift it. The frame doesn't go with any of her decor! Thanks for nothing!!!
