I haven't been pregnant in decades. I loved the long, strong fingernails that I had back then so I started taking these gummy vitamins and my nails were beautiful, no need for artificial for me. Unfortunately, taking 2 a day made my liver count high so I just take 1 and everything is back to normal. But my nails aren't as long and beautiful as before. Anyway, they taste good, I get all of my vitamins in one and the price is great.
