Not thrilled

Product was made cheap. The valve was plastic and it leaked around the seal. The wicker was bent and damaged. I returned to product. The retuen shipping label at first wouldn't pull up me print so I emailed the company and said I'd go to the store. The store then wouldn't return the item because the online return was already being processed. I figured it out but still what a mess.. also totally not thrilled that they charged me for shipping in the first place. I had over$100.00 in my cart and that item didn't qualify for free shipping, nor store pick up. It was on sale but like I said the quality just wasn't there. All in all I'm still looking for a water dispenser to buy for my home.
