This is the best salt we keep on our table. It seems to work best to sprinkle a bit with your fingers than to put it in a Shaker or grinder as it's very moist but a little bit goes a long way.. . can't quite describe the difference. I don't use it for baking because of the cost and have found another brand I prefer for making bread. I consider this a finishing salt. just my humble opinion.
