This rug is very pretty. It's very soft and color. If you're looking for something bright, this is not it. These are more muted colors kind of fade into the background. It's not soft. If you're looking for something soft, this is not it. It feels more like jute under your feet so it is a little rough. I did order a pad to go under it just to make it a little softer and no more cushion cause there is none but and it's still I mean we'll see what that feels like but overall that's a nice rug.
