Is true, this pumps are super comfortable, they have a lot of inner padding but they look super chic and classy. The strap is perfect for keeping your feet not slipping out. I'm a true 10 and I purchased them in 10 and fit perfectly. The heel size is ideal (3.5) not too high not too low and is a block heel so even more balance and comfy.

I love these shoes. The heel is the perfect height and thickness for stability yet glamour. Inside the shoe has a comfy padded insole which is great for my arches. These heels are perfect for my wide feet and have comfortable material that doesn't cause blisters. Very versatile for Halloween or a formal event!
