Verified Purchase

The seller misrepresented this laptop. This was a used laptop that was out of warranty. It was advertised as new. When in fact, it was sold in 2021 which is five years ago. I had to jump through hoops to get a new activation key, which was the first indication that this was not a new machine. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will never purchase from this.
