So far this shredder is working great. I love the fact that this shredder is on wheels (my old one didn't have wheels & had to pull it out when needed)….This shredder has a good size bin for personal use and because it's on wheels now & visible I don't have to wait til papers pile up.

Very good home shredder
This shredder produces excellent finely cut waste easily. The integral hopper makes emptying clean and easy. The unit comes with casters making a very mobile device. There are also rubber pads that could be used in place of the casters. The instructions do not cover caster installation.

Easy to use small shredder that is made for home use. I am very happy since it has a off switch in addition to a on/off that will turn on when U want to shred. Like the design to empty the material since I can look at a window to judge when needs to be emptied and pull out the container for easy emptying. I cannot address the reliability since I just started using it but appears to be worth the money.
