my review is if you want professional grade and you can't beat this top I love this induction top it's far above the cheaper ones I don't know why even bought that crap. this one has a larger coils 8 in heat ring that means larger skillets didn't have data or edges cold. I even bought it's big brother I'm not doing a review on it but for cooking stock oh my God that things wonderful you wouldn't believe how it brings water up to a boil. I know it's holding at least 90 lb and you figure out how many gallons of water went in not to mention a 25 lb of chicken ribs and backs I'm making stock people and the onions and carrots and celery it's enough about 140 lb also the stainless steel vessel equipped with a Le Robinet which is basically a ball valve at the bottom it looks the liquid out. I make a lot of stock and it's big brother it's excellent for it I can get 8 gallons of stock. naturally I reduce it further down once it's in another vessel. what I recommended of course.
