Requirements for Shelling Processing Materials:
1. The dryness and wetness of peanuts should be appropriate. If they are too dry, the breakage rate will be high, and if they are too wet, it will affect work efficiency.
2. Generally stored peanuts are relatively dry. In order to make them dry and wet properly, they need to be peeled in winter. Before shelling, spray about 10 kilograms of warm water evenly on 50 kilograms of fruit, cover with plastic film for about 10 hours, and then let it dry in the sun for about 1 hour to start shelling. In other seasons, the time for covering with plastic film is about 6 hours, and the rest is the same.
3. You can also soak dried peanuts in a large water tank, immediately remove them and cover them with plastic film for about a day. Then, let them dry in the sun and start shelling when they are dry and wet.
