The Selle Italia Gel Flow ladies model is shorter and wider than the men's model. This offers a little more comfort than a traditional long narrow saddle. The Gel Flow also has a cut-out to help the saddle flex with your pelvis as you ride, which will reduce lower back pain and sit bone irritation. If your current saddle is not doing the job and you aren't looking to spend hundreds of dollars on the top of the line this is a great option.
