It comes out as gel but quickly becomes a silky, luxurious foam. The scent is wonderful, not strong or overpowering, but a light, gentle smell. I've used this product before from a makeup store, but Walmart has a lower price. Its still pricey to me at $25, but some ppl pay more for less quanity. Its worth it to me as well.
