I bought this a month ago and I am so happy I did. My prior oven was great but much larger. Space is an issue in my kitchen. I saw this oven at my sister-in-law's house. Bought based on brand reputation pf 13-function (according to marketing representation) air fryer, dual-heat oven. 1 to 2 slices of bread are not crunchy when toast mode is “done.” Am not trying for something else until I get tech support, but expectations running very low.

Pleased with quality and appearance. Overwhelming amount of directions for use. Have resorted to Google and find info there that conflicts with manual. Proceeding carefully. Did a nice job on baking potatoes. Am a tradional cook and do not use frozen meals, pizdza, etc. but this oven will help save on power during our very hot weather.
