I was a little disappointed when Mcafee security was downloaded without my authorization so I deleted it and added my paid Norton security I already had. Other than that all is great. I just turned this on yesterday. Everything works great. For the cheapest laptop on the market, you can't expect great volume or graphics, but it's good enough for my needs. I needed a new laptop asap as my second Dell in a year died last week. Never going back. This little $270 HP is much better than I expected and delivered within a day of ordering.
