Pizza oven worked as advertised. The pellets were hard to light and stay burning but once we got them started, the temperature in the oven rose quickly. we will try wood chips next time. There is a knob on the side for turning the stone. It has to be turned continuously to keep from burning the pizza crust. Overall, this is a good oven, especially for the price.
