Get the bearing upgrades!
Less "toy-like" than I expected it to be - very high-quality parts and two configurations (2 wheels and 4 wheel steering), but 4 stars, because the bearings supplied, are a mix of nylon, solid metal, and a few sealed bearings. HIGHLY recommend ordering the upgraded sealed bearings from Tamiya or aftermarket for a smoother running more robust setup that increases run time (less friction makes for less draw on the batteries). Everything else is typical of Tamiya's mass-produced high quality. Waiting on my upgraded bearing kit now and staring at an open box. Order them at the same time so you're not a dumb bunny like me sitting around looking for something to build.
