Mix 1 scoop of JETMASS® with 8 to 10 fl oz of cold water or your favorite beverage. Consume immediately after workouts and before bedtime. JETMASS® can be consumed on non-training days to maintain Creatine levels. Special Note: Take 1 scoop (1 serving) of JETMASS® up to 4 servings daily. Best Creatine Supplement

I tried many and this is the best one of all so I stick to this one always buy this one. And a new strawberry lemonade flavor is fantastic to be mixed with other things or just drink it straight. I use this for the gym to increase my power and also to control my auto immune disease myasthenia gravis.
