Where are the card I ordered? Hallmark?

I ordered this item, this color, but was shipped an opened clear package wrapping, which looked like someone pulled them from a box and sold them separately. NOT THE COLOR YOU GET WHEN YOU ORDER THIS ITEM at all. Because I am in a crunch, I had to use the one's SOMEONE sent ME. Clearly, Hallmark is not aware of bootleg items of theirs.
