Y'all just did it wrong

Not sure why everybody else seems to have a problem with this. Both of my cats use it just fine. a cup will come unstuck every now and then, but it doesn't hurt the integrity. it's called wear and tear people. But the product is true to its word. Period.

I really like this window perch. I wish it had better instructions because assembling it would've been much faster. It's very sturdy on the glass. One of my cats likes it, but the other one doesn't overall a great price for this item.
