Tricky to use EBT card w another payment method

Hard to check out with EBT card. Sometimes it works well, other times impossible. I wanted to check out on an order using EBT plus another card, as my EBT wouldn't work on non-food items. It asks for your EBT pin and that seems to work fine with it recognizing the balance on the EBT card and seems to recognize that another card is also being applied. But when you press Complete the Order, it gets into a circle and keeps asking to check the EBT balance again. This has happened to me many times before, but this time couldn't get past this cycle, so couldn't order my groceries at all.
