Although I really did like the product, I had to return to Walmart for a refund. One of the bladders had a slow leak from the very first time I took it out on the water. I had to keep pumping it back up to use it. I figured, well these things happen at times so I contacted the company explaining my issue and asked it they could send out a replacement bladder for the fishing float. At first, I heard back from them and they asked for my proof of purchase, some photos and a more description of the problem. I obliged and gave them ALL they were asking for. And then I waited….and waited…and waited for a response. I attempted to contact the company again through email as well as by phone and got ZERO response. They totally ghosted me. At that point, I had enough and I packed it back up and sent it back to Walmart for a full refund as I was not going to be out a hundred bucks for something that was faulty right out of the box. This company should be ashamed of themselves. Also, the email that I did receive was very unprofessionally written and in broken English. So, if you buy this float, please be aware that you might end up in the same boat so to speak.

I've ordered this twice both in Camo, they keep sending me the Blue and bright orange! I've messaged them about the returns, and to check the second order…they did it again! No response-reimbursements for both are still pending!
