I didn’t know I needed this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t believe how much I love this hatch hot honey and everything about Local Hive Honey. It was so good the first time I used it on breakfast burritos, and it’s been amazing on my eggs and my egg sandwiches and my Tuesday night tacos! The flavor bursts out of the container and it’s such a good mix of spice and heat and honey, I love it for its flavor and its smell! The consistency is just right so it doesn’t run right out of the burrito or taco, and I know I’ll be finding this again when it’s empty.

It’s not overly spicy, which makes the sauce perfect , even if you don’t like intense heat. The flavor is so unique, you can really taste the richness of the hatch chile, and the sweetness of the honey, creates the most delicious balance . It’s the perfect sauce for everything, from snacks to full meals. I’ve been enjoying with my chips , and it’s adds such a special flavor. Definitely a must have in my kitchen
