This Round Bale Net by Hay Chix is designed to help slow hay consumption to a more natural rate. Ideal to keep horses busy in the pasture or paddock. The Round Bale Net is the perfect feeding solution to help you save time and money. Helps round bales last longer and reduce waste. Available in 6 or 4 sizes for either small (4 x4 and under) or large (6 x 6) round bales. The versatile 6 net may be used on bales 4 x 5 or 5 x 5 or big squares. Made of high-quality, UV treated Dupont fiber netting, cinch rope and hoggle for secure cinching. The original 1-3/4 opening size is the best choice for horses not having used a slow feeder net before. Designed to slow down horses prone to eating too fast, are generally healthy, but waste too much hay. This net has been shown to help horses with ulcers and unwanted behaviors such as cribbing.
