The key is to revive that original force. Make it as fresh as it was when you first made it. There are many ways to do this, and we will discuss some of them in this chapter. Keep an open mind as you read the tips I've provided, and see if any of them will work for you and your goals.
Sometimes it can take just one idea to set a spark; or to rekindle one. One great idea has the potential to push you through even the most difficult struggles. It can take you all the way through those struggles, towards your greatest achievements. And any obstacles you make it through builds your strength and determination. Losing your motivation can be a tragedy, when you know you have so much potential and unachieved goals. And sometimes you may even lose the progress you were building before you lost track.
In order to understand the diet, it's important that you first understand its definition. When I say whole food, it simply refers to foods that are in their natural state. This means that the foods included on this diet are minimally refined, unrefined, or whole and raw.
Of course, thinking about moving to this diet is going to be your first step. While it sounds like an excellent idea, often it is difficult to know where to start. The next few chapters will introduce you to the incredible benefits of the diet, who it is for, and some tips and tricks to help you get started.
Another great way to rebuild your motivation is to see how far you have come. Look back to where you first started making changes. Have you made a lot of improvements? If so, be sure to applaud yourself for your progress. This will help you to see the value in doing what still needs to be accomplished.
