Vinegar Powder, Apple Cider

Don’t use this as a substitute for vinegar itself, instead use it as a souring agent – one with a fruity kick. We love to add this to dips and chili recipes. However, we also love to sprinkle it over roasted vegetables. Carrots cooked in butter and honey cuddle up to apple cider vinegar powder particularly well, as do roasted green beans with shallots. Bacon with a delicate dusting of this powder also sings a new song worth listening to.
