Cool A/C

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had several Frigidaire window units of 15k btu before this purchase. The 18k with inverter technology has proven itself to be a workhorse at a fair price. I like the fact it was available without heat as I would never have used that feature. Not to many competitors offer this. I highly recommend.

New window unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far my window unit is running at 70° Eco and turns off when it reaches that temperature. I did buy an air purifier filter and received it yesterday so I'm reading the directions to see how to put it in. I had a previous 25,000 BTU Frigidaire, which lasted 10 years and I hope this 18,000 be to you last just as long so far, I have no problems and I hope it stays that way. Thanks

Works great in spring SC weather!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are using this in our basement to help cool it during the spring/summer months of heat in SC. The temperature seems quite cool when on the lowest fan speed. The control panel is extremely user friendly. I'm hoping I will get more used to the sound as it is rather noisy in our echoing basement. Shipping was easy and it arrived on our front porch. Note— it's very heavy! You'll need at least two people to move it! However, keeping cool in the heat makes the weight of it totally worth it.
