Missing a screw! Why not provide an extra rather than one less? The chair came with a screw missing so I had to go out and purchase one for it to work. It still doesn't feel stable when you lean back in it. I should have trusted that there are no reviews for this chair anywhere on the Internet, but it is impossible to rock and the chair slides when you do so, so you'll have to keep adjusting it in your room. I was so disappointed because it does look fine in the room, but it is not as soft as I would like and you have to get an ab workout trying to rock it. The worst part is you have to deal with the third-party seller instead of Walmart if you want to do anything about the chair so I want to return it, but we'll have to see what that process looks like shipping from overseas…
