Real Sausage Flavor

I like sausage very much, the sausage that you buy now does not taste like the sausage made years ago. I have tried every brand and to me they all smell awful when cooking and the flavor is not there, so I wanted to make my own and purchased this blend. This blend really taste like sausage when added to plain ground pork. I added alittle extra and WOW.
