Uncomfortable, Doesn't Rock Well

The loveseat arrived with chips and scuffs on the upper back part of the metal frame. It went together easily enough - took 1 person about 30min. The chair looks nice but is terribly uncomfortable. The cushion is too thin, you can feel every metal bar. The ergonomics of the loveseat are also terrible - it's much more awkward to sit in than the single chair we have that's exactly the same thing. And the most annoying part is that it absolutely doesn't rock. It's more like a very tiny hard bump forward and back. It's absolutely going back for the price!
