I love it honestly, took 2-3 days to put together (1/2 of season 3 all of 4-6 of TWD) with a full-time, physical demanding job. Very heavy when fully finished, will need 2nd person to at least hold pieces up unless you can prop them up. I suggest dividing the build into parts, start with the stairs so you have a base to attach the railings to, don't fully tighten everything until the very end.
