These ankle supports do an excellent job of keeping my ankles aligned. I have neuropathy in my feet and lower legs and when I wear these my pain is almost entirely reduced. The only reason I give them a 4 instead of a five is, due to my condition of lipodema, I can experience some swelling around the ankles which make it somewhat of a chore to remove them. Not a bad trade off for no pain!
