Instructions
For dispersal in water: Turn warm water faucet on to full force. Slowly sprinkle packet of colloidal oatmeal directly under faucet into the tub or container. Stir any colloidal oatmeal settled on the bottom.For use as a soak in bath: Slowly sprinkle one packet in an infant tub filled with warm water. Stir any colloidal oatmeal that may have settled on the bottom. Soak affected area for 15 to 30 minutes as needed, or as directed by a doctor. Pat dry (do not rub) to keep a thin layer on the skin. Must have!
This stuff is something that you don't want to go without. I'm not sure why but you can't always find it everywhere but when you need it ; it is so nice to have! I always keep a box on hand and it has never disappointed. It's mild on the skin and helps right away.

Great for eczema!!
I love these products for my baby boys eczema! This whole line is absolutely amazing in so many ways! You open up the bag and put it in the tub, the consistency is like literal oatmeal. It does leave a little residue in the tub but of course you should be rinsing it out anyways! My baby had BAD eczema on his face, super dry and red. A few baths with this and it was gone.

Effectiveness for treating eczema
My kid suffered from eczema from birth and I tried all the products suggested for eczema treatment. But nothing helped until our pediatrician suggested aveeno. After several uses all redness and swelling all gone. I with my husband spent so much money for treating and nothing helped as Aveeno. I suggest all products. Safe for kids.
