Did not receive the item I ordered

There was a shipping delay. But that was fine. I was sent a message relaying of the delay and the poster print was being delivered through USPS. I ordered Our Family Tree Poster Print by Annie LaPoint. A few days later, I did receive a tube containing a poster print but was not what I had ordered! I was very disappointed. I sent a message to the seller asking them to deliver the correct print or issue me a refund. There was a statement saying I should hear back from them in 48 hours.
