Nice set

I got this as replacements for my Versapro. The tips fit fine except for the catalyst. In order to work on the Versapro the catalyst needs the flanged end ground down a little. I did it by using the side of my bench grinder wheel but if you have the patience you could use sandpaper by hand. It’s not hard to do and it is readily apparent what needs to be done when you try to install the catalyst. But even if you don’t want to use the catalyst, the tips are worth it anyway.

Top Notch

I haven't actually used the soldering iron yet as it's a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. However, I have to say that Lexivon's customer service has been top notch so far. I contacted them with questions about this product prior to purchasing it and they were extremely helpful in every aspect.

Customer service par excellence

When I received my five pack, I was disappointed to have only three pieces in the box. Assuming that these things happen, I reached out to Lexivon, and they immediately shipped out what I thought was going to be the missing pieces. What arrived in only three days was six pieces. I almost feel bad that I received such good customer service. I would have been completely satisfied with just the two missing pieces. On top of that, the replacement tips work flawlessly in my Dremel Versatip. They are well tinned and heat quickly and all the way to the tip. I cannot recommend this product enough.
