Another great product from NOW

I look for products from NOW, as they are consistantly high in quality. Currently this item is less expensive here than from most competitors. The psyllium powder is fine texture, blends well, and is unflavored. I prefer it to commercial preparations like metamucil, which has added sugars. Recommend

as good as the most expensive I found. I mix it with a can of uncarbonated lemonade ( minute maid). the secret is stir until Incorporated with no clumps floating on top.

I meant to order whole husks, not powder. The coarser stuff WAY easier to swallow. The powder thickens on contact with water and you can choke. Get husks. Or get something. Both forms are highly effective. Psyllium is a wonderful supplement.
