I had my portable basketball hoop 54 inch for about 2yrs now, everything was working fine until yesterday when I saw a couple broken plastic washers on the floor, I figured it was the the spacers that keeps the braces together. I sent an email last night about this issue and got a response at around 10 am the next day from Brenna of customer service that they have already shipped the parts I needed under warranty. I have several lifetime products 3 basketball hoops, one is like around 15 yrs old. 2 outdoor storage sheds. Will keep on patronizing LIfetime due to good quality of their products and amazing customer support.

It is a good size and sturdy enough for our family. My 15 year old uses it the most. The family also uses it together it is a good portable system for our driveway. We filled the base with water.

The installation took about 4 hours because very close attention to details in pictures is required and there are steps that are not as clear as they should be. Overall, the installation was not too difficult for two people to complete. The overall value is excellent and I would buy this again. This has become a magnet for our sports-minded family.
