Does the job with a lot less money

I do some moderate 4x4 stuff including the Alpine Loop out of Silverton Colorado. I thought it would be prudent to have at least a couple of gallons of extra gas in the backcountry but it seemed ridiculous for the prices folks are asking for the plastic ones designed for off roaders. I just purchased this small Jerry Can and strapped it securely to my rack with some rubber strips for padding. Does the job nicely and I like the old school look.
