The Real Thing
There are many saw palmetto supplements sold out there but they are not equal. I think that saw palmetto works for prostate health, but based in what prostate research scientists say, you need 3 things: 1. Saw palmetto from the right source (including Florida and Georgia), 2. Fatty acid content >85%, 3. Lab certified. I think Triquetra saw palmetto meets those 3 conditions, and most you find online don't. Supplements are not regulated in the US. Some brands may throw a stick of saw palmetto into a huge batch and claim there is saw palmetto in it. Don't be fooled.

it really works for me
I have BPH, but with Triquetra Saw palmetto I have very few symptoms. A couple of weeks ago I couldn't take it for several day and my symptoms returned, very unpleasant. When I resumed taking it, symptoms reduced within a few day.
