Works great!

Love how these fit nicely into the pan to keep the juices from touching the meat. Depending on plastic food storage containers, you can place that inside for same purpose. I have also smaller sized one that I use when I fix eggplant, which tends to product juice overnight on leftovers. Using these racks prevents it from touching it. They don't rust, which is another way I have been using them, which is inside/under plants for better drainage. I definitely recommend these.
