I used to have sensitive teeth. My teeth were sensitive to cold and hot beverages. I even hated to eat a cold sandwich. I googled sensitive teeth 5 years or so ago, and different advertisements for toothpaste came up. I saw the prices and decided to try a cheaper off brand toothpaste that never worked. I went back to the dollar store and saw a sample tube of Colgate Sensitive Complete. I immediately felt the difference! I started buying the larger tubes from Walmart, and now years later I can eat and drink anything I want without having fear of teeth pain. I'm eating ice cream now!

I like that you can see results quickly and feel them too. It's not a strong taste or leave a strong aftertaste either like other brands. It lathers and cleans your teeth as well as making your whole mouth feel cleaner. I don't like a strong aftertaste of toothpaste or that strong burning feeling while you're brushing your teeth and this is a great toothpaste. Especially for people with sensitive teeth and gums.
