I bought these to replace short legs on a sofa. They were the perfect height. My son and I changed them out, however we did use some longer screws as the ones that came with them were only about a 1/2" long. When we turned the sofa over to set it upright , the 2 front legs popped off the base. We had to find some bigger screws to hold it back on, as it made the hole bigger. We tried it again and they bent over, and this time the back legs came loose. My son-in-law ended up making me some legs to go on it. I am thankful that I only purchased the CHEAPER ones. It was still a waste of money.

these are crap !!! I put 2 of them on my couch/futon ..I was flipping the couch to attach the other 2 has soon has I put a little weight on them they both snapped .they both broke right at the flange … there were 2 small tack welds that failed they never would have held any weight of a adult or adults sitting on my furniture these are not for any couch or chair ...if the cabinet or shelve has any weight to it buy something else .. side note the adjustable height that they advertise is even worse ..its a cheap plastic that would also fail at a weight of 5 lbs or more is my guess
