Great overall brand and vitamin!
I love Nature Made products. I also really like this biotin vitamin because it helps with my hair and nails. This vitamin does not have any fillers either. It is important to have no less than 5000 mcg in a biotin vitamin to be effective ( as long as you are not allergic to biotin of course). The gel caps are easier to absorb than regular vitamins as well. I highly recommend it!

In my research I found that Nature Made vitamins is one of the best brands. I use the Biotin mostly for my nails, and pray that it will help my thinning hair. So far, no help in the hair area, but Biotin does a great job on keeping my nails from splitting. The doctor said I could go up to 10,000, but I find 5000 is enough for me. I highly recommend this brand and Biotin.
