company is very difficult to understand item was n

when I see a picture of one box in front of a disabled woman's home that was ordered, and I ordered two shipments, I expect to get my refund for the one item that was not delivered or shown in the picture that FedEx supposedly delivered. I should not have to fight for something that I did not receive and charged $100 plus and told it was delivered and I'm not getting my money back! that's corrupt and bad business. I do not like a company stealing from me when I ordered a product in good faith that never showed up! it's been well over a week and I'm still arguing and trying to get my refund!
