It is more flexible than most of the others I have tried. I put it on cross wise on my mouth as to leave a little opening but still keeping my mouth from falling open.

Snux Sleep Strips have transformed my sleep life. Previously, snoring and tongue biting seriously affected my sleep in such a negative way. My first experience with mouth taping was with a different brand sleep strip purchased through another source, but it became a discontinued item. Praises, I discovered this brand sold by Walmart. Snux Strips are durable. The adhesive is very gentle, yet I can temporarily remove the strip for a moment, for instance, to blow my nose, and it will adhere right back over my mouth. Using the strip has become such a habit for me that it is now uncomfortable if I forget to tape one before I fall asleep. My sleep is now quiet and undisturbed from awakening from the pain of having bitten my tongue. I love Snux Strips, the best sleep partner I could ask for. They are responsible for a noticeably positive and impactful change in my sleep health. They are a "forever buy" for me.
