Ive lost over 25 pounds in the last three months by just replacing the shake with a meal at least once daily. Some mornings I’ll even throw in some instant coffee and it tastes like an expensive mocha iced coffee drink from Starbucks, with the benefit of all the added protein and less calories and much less expensive! I'm not a big fan of protein drinks because it's texture and chalkiness. However, these are the best. I use them as a meal replacement for weight loss as well as getting my daily protein since In not a big meat eater. I use to buy chocolate but now but vanilla. I decided on vanilla because it's so versatile. I add frozen fruit and veggies to make my smoothies. If I ever want chocolate, I add cocoa powder. Premier makes a very delicious drink.
