High protein

The taste is great. Love both the frozen ones and these. Price , I feel, it's lightly more $ than other of similar items. But the amount of protein in one waffle is very high. So I pay it. Eating healthy is NOT cheap. It cost more, eating healthy food, but it's worth it, at times. Would recommend.

These are great, the texture is good, you can eat them plain or with syrup. They taste better than regular waffles to me. A great breakfast, especially if you have trouble getting your protein in! I buy these over another brand because these taste better!
